Cancellation of Order
We will refund in full any order cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. After this time we will accept cancellations of orders that have not yet been despatched on the following basis: Standard Items will be refunded in full, less a 2% admin fee. Special Order Items are subject to a 35% handling fee which will be deducted from your refund. Once your items have been despatched we will deduct our transport costs incurred from your refund. Any Special Order items will also be subject to a 35% handling fee in addition to deductions for transport costs. The transport costs that we will deduct amount to £150 per order, for 1-3 items, plus a further £60 per extra item. We will advise you on placement of your order the approximate leadtime for arrival of your items into our depot, however you can check with us to see if your item has been despatched. Pebblewood Trading Ltd (Woodys) reserves the right to send part orders. We do not sell sets. All dimensions are approximate and subject to changes without notice. We will only accept cancellations submitted on our Returns and Refunds request form, which can either be submitted via our website, or downloaded and emailed or posted to us. We cannot arrange returns or refunds by telephone. Pebblewood Trading Ltd (Woodys) reserves the right to cancel any order without warning for a full refund.
How long do orders take?
Lead times vary from range to range. If we have it in stock then we can get it to you in a matter of days. Items that are not in stock typically take 4 - 6 weeks. If you are in a hurry then please ask - we will do our best.
What is the plain wood finish?
Plain wood is an option available on our pine ranges. It means the item comes unfinished ready for you to paint, wax or finish as you wish.
Do you accept returns
Many items are made to order and do not have a facility for returning unwanted items. Please check your choice carefully before ordering.

Accuracy of pricing / information given / pictures
We make every effort to keep our site content correct but don’t guarantee for the accuracy. As prices and stock availability changes without further notice we will inform you notify you immediately in the unlikely event that a price changes after you placed your order or the item is out of stock, and give you the opportunity to cancel or amend the order.

Orders can take up to 6 weeks.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver within this timeframe we will notify you as soon as possible.
Out of stock
In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock we will inform you with availability date or offer you a full refund.
Right to cancel

Returns
On arrival: Please do not sign & accept your delivery if there is any indication of damage caused to your delivery.
We will replace your item if it is defect by shipping you a replacement on receipt of the faulty item. We will arrange collection of the faulty item at our own cost. If on receipt the item is deemed “not faulty”, a collection charge of forty five ponds will be incurred. Please contact us via telephone number: 01473 717064 during business hours.
